Website analytics

When analytics is enabled, we automatically record visits to public pages, the time each page is visible, and interactions such as link clicks, gallery views, scroll depth, and enquiry form activity. We also record your IP address, a visitor identifier derived from that address, a session identifier, device category, referring website hostname, and campaign tags.

We use this information to understand website traffic, improve pages, and measure enquiries. Time measurements are approximate. We do not record what you type into form fields as analytics, full referring URLs, or arbitrary URL query parameters.

Browser storage and your choice

We use session storage to connect visits within the same browser tab and local storage to remember your analytics preference. You can disable analytics in this browser below. This stops future tracking and clears the local tracking session; it does not delete records already received. Clearing browser storage resets your preference.

Enquiries

If you submit an enquiry, we store the information you provide, including contact details, apartment preferences, your message, and confirmation that we may contact you. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and manage requested site visits. Where analytics is allowed, an enquiry may be connected to its website session and campaign.

Access and retention

Website and enquiry records are stored in the project’s database. Access is restricted to authorized team members according to their role. Raw analytics events are normally retained for 30 days, session records including IP addresses for 90 days, and daily summaries for 730 days. Administrators can adjust these periods; deletion depends on scheduled or manual retention cleanup. Enquiry records are managed separately from analytics retention.
